Jon Dalton - Director
Jon joined MDS in 2006 as Managing Director. He has extensive on-site experience in the education, housing, commercial and industrial sectors. He prepares and monitors the annual business plan, develops and oversees operational strategy as well as health & safety policy for the business. Jon directs and controls the Company’s operations giving strategic guidance and direction to the management to ensure the Company achieves its mission and objectives. He also forges excellent links with new and existing clients, monitoring business development targets and objectives.
Dave Waites - General Manager
As General Manager, Dave oversees the smooth running of all the asbestos surveying and removal activities on a daily basis. He is responsible for management of all Health, Safety and environmental related activities ensuring compliance with all current legislation as well as developing and producing plans of work and risk assessments.
With many years experience in the industry, Dave is the lead liaison with clients, sub-contractors and project personnel as well as HSE representatives, local authorities and the Environment Agency.
