Health and Safety Law

Objective

The Health and Safety Law Course is aimed at Managers, Line Managers and Supervisors. The Course will cover Health and Safety Legislation and consider the Legal Responsibilities of those Individuals. As well as considering the impacts of Health and Safety Law, delegates will also consider the implications of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007.

Duration

The Course is of 1-day duration and will include Syndicate working.

Outcome/Qualification

Upon successful completion of this Course, delegates will receive a Certificate of Training.
