Thomas Cook Retail
To carry out asbestos management surveys and periodic revisits to the Thomas Cook group retail network of over 800 retail units throughout Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We have carried out detailed asbestos surveys, which record the location, extent, type; accessibility and surface treatment of all confirmed or suspected asbestos materials.
This type of survey requires specialist, experienced and competent staff with the knowledge to conduct the appropriate survey. Here MDS Environmental Services was able to use its vast experience and analytical knowledge via its directly employed staff to provide to assist our client to adhere to current legislation and enable a structured program of asbestos removal.

Going Places travel shop, Hamilton – Carry out closure and subsequent Dilapidation works to travel shop, prior to lease expiry. Return property back to the Landlord on behalf of the tenant, in shell condition as per the served Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations.
